Yang yoga


Our Yang classes build on the asanas from yin yoga, but put together in a more moving sequence where we will explore the full range within the more "yang" asanas from Yin. We will hold first step of the pose for a few minutes before moving in to the second and sometimes third stage of the same pose, holding the pose and the stretch but not for as long as during the yin practice.  The class will focus on balance and endurance.

The aim of the class is to brighten your inside and make you smile on the outside.
