As part of the Haringay Festival of Learning Fortunata Yoga is offering a free Yin Yoga & Sound Bath Workshop. Deepen your knowledge and learn  a littel more about the benefits of yoga and sound vibrations and how it stimulates your mind and soul. You will experience a introduction to the benefits of yoga, a yin yoga practice and a relaxing sound bath with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls.  This workshop is totally free of charge.

Bring that friend that said they always wanted to come, or your friends, mum or colleagues! it's free, come and learn.

Super, super...super excited to be presenting a series of workshops focusing on the benefits within our practice  and Yin Yoga. 

We all know that yoga is good for us, but do you know why? Are you aware of how the movement is affecting your body and why the Yin asanas are held for a longer period of time? 

If you like to gain further knowledge we invite you to join us for the series of 5 workshops each one focusing on a new elements. 

During the event you will enjoy a informative presentation, a candlelit yin practice, a mini sound bath, meditation and nibbles.




As you have shown us so much love and support we are super excited to launch more and new classes! 

As we think quality yoga should be available to everyone and our heart's double skip when see classes listed for up to £17 we promise that our classes will always be affordable so that you can enjoy a regular practice. It's when you have a regular practice  that you will really feel the positive effect of yoga. Our Classes are only £7. 

Our new Hata class will run ( to start with) on the first Tuesday of each month at 19:00-20:00 and cost £7, followed by yin & sound mediationfor £7, but you can book both classes for only £12.

Don't be scared of the Hata if you never tried it. It's a fun and playful yoga class with focus on balance and endurance. As alsway, suitable for all levels of practisioners. Come and have some fun!  




We're super excited to be able to offer outdoor evening Yin Yoga classes during the summer. As we have the luxury of having access to a secluded outdoor space with a covered and calming Zen garden and shala, we will be offering small (a maximum of 4 yogis) 75 minutes  long (oooh, yes) outdoor yin yoga on Wednesday from 7pm-8pm, as soon as the weather permits. 

The tickets will be going live in the morning and you will be able to book via our website or on Designmynight.

Super excited to be hosting our new Harringay Yoga sessions at Blend. Not only is this the best place to get you morning coffee, brunch or smoothie fix, but it's also a fantastic space for yoga with ceiling lights and beautifully decorated surroundings. 

blend is right in the heart of Harringay, Green Lanes. For the locals, we are between the ladder roads Alison and Beresford. Looking out onto the bustling high street, they are merely two steps from Beresford Road bus stop, featuring lines 29 and 141. St. Ann’s bus stop is also just a short walk away from line 341. The nearest tube station is Turnpike Lane on the Piccadilly Line, turn left when exiting the stations main entrance and walk down Green Lanes, along Ducketts Common, towards Finsbury Park, you will find them, and us, 4 blocks after the common on the right hand side from April we'll be hosting our Yin Yoga sessions from 7 - 8pm on Tuesdays and Workshop to be launched in May.

On the 24th of February at 11.45pm-12.15pm Casa Fortuanta will showcase a seated Yin Yoga class at the The Greenwich Yoga & Vegan Festival. 

Join the first-ever Yoga and Vegan festival in Nijmegen. Participate in multiple Yoga and meditation sessions, enjoy yummy vegan and raw vegan food, shop for vegan products and attend talks.

Entry fee of only £5 entitles you to attend all Yoga sessions, stalls, workshops and talks for free. Free entry for children (under 16 years and must be accompanied by a paying adult).

This is a 100% volunteer run event and all proceeds shall go to fund our partner charities.

Casa Fortunata will be leading a 30 minutes seated Yin Yoga sequence focusing on opening up your upper-body; shoulders, chest and upper back.

A easy to follow guided practice that will work with your breath, taking your focus inwards towards the centre of you.
